100% Satisfaction Guarantee (Introductory Offer)

We want you to love your Artloom piece. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Canvas prints and framed art
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

30-Day Damages & Defects Coverage

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item or items.

  • We will provide a free replacement or a full refund  — no need to return the damaged item.
  • If multiple items are affected, please include a photo or video showing them together in one frame.
  • Small variations (up to 0.5”) in print placement for DTG-printed items are within tolerance and not considered defects.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If delivery fails due to reasons outside our control (incorrect shipping address, incomplete delivery info, uncollected packages):

  • You may request a reprint and reshipment (additional charges apply), or
  • Request a partial refund covering only the product cost (shipping & fulfillment fees are non-refundable).

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the standard eligibility conditions above.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks and card companies may take longer to process.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at hello@artloom.ai.
