Order Processing Time

All Artloom products are made to order. Once you place your order, it typically takes 2–4 business days to process before shipping. Processing includes quality checks and preparing your order for dispatch.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: Standard delivery is 5–10 business days from the time you place your order (most orders arrive within 5–7 business days).
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on customs processing. Additional import duties or taxes may apply (buyer’s responsibility).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

How Shipping Rates Are Calculated

  • Shipping rates are based on the items in your order, their sizes and weights, and your delivery address.
  • Some orders may contain multiple items that ship separately. In this case, your order may include more than one shipping charge.
  • The rates shown at checkout reflect the total cost to deliver all items to you.

Shipping Addresses & Requirements

  • Provide an accurate shipping address. We cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Include a valid recipient phone number at checkout to assist carriers if needed.

PO Box Delivery (U.S. only)

  • Make sure your PO box is large enough for your order; items exceeding 12" × 22.5" cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
  • Express shipping is not available for PO boxes; orders with PO boxes will be shipped via standard shipping.
  • Use this format for PO box addresses:
    • First and last name must match the PO box registration.
    • Address Line 1 should include your PO Box number (e.g., PO Box 1776).
    • Include city, state, ZIP code, and country (United States).
  • Please note: PO box deliveries may experience delays, and delivery guarantees are less certain than with physical addresses.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates after your order has shipped.
